Do you deliver to my area?
Our Show Home service is available throughout the mainland UK, however naturally the delivery charges for extraordinary distances will need to allowed for as this often incurs overnight stays for our teams. If your property is outside our normal delivery area we can often still assist - please call.

What is the minimum time I can rent for?
There is a minimum rental period of 2 months and rentals are payable monthly of part thereof - i.e. they are not apportioned to the day.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit equivalent to one month’s rental, this is returnable at the end of the rental once the inventory is returned in good order.

Can I select the furnishings to be rented?
No, our designers will work closely with you to understand the theme you are looking to achieve, but ultimately one must trust the design team to achieve the desired result so colour selection and fabrics etc. forming an overall style will be chosen for you by one of our Interior Design Team.

Could I buy the furnishings?
Yes, you can either agree a purchase price at the outset or you can agree and ex-rental price at any time during the rental period. Please call for a quote.

What do I do at the end of my rental agreement?
Unless we hear from you the rental will continue on a month-to-month basis until you are ready for us to collect. All we require is at least 30 days notice prior to your preferred collection date to allow us to schedule the service.
