_small_ARLA conference - Alec Watt and Theresa Wallace.jpgOn 2nd March 2010, Fully Furnished helped guests take a step back in time by featuring an iconic Classic Aston Martin on their exhibitors stand to advertise their competition to win two tickets to the Goodwood Revival Festival in September.

Theresa Wallace, Director at Savills in Sevenoaks was picked as the lucky winner. She simply entered her details into the draw run by Fully Furnished, a furnishing solutions company providing a dress to let service for some of the UK's leading lettings agents and relocation agents, who were exhibiting at The Novotel in Hammersmith, along with other industry representatives and property experts.

Theresa, along with a guest of her choice, will now join the Fully Furnished team at the Goodwood Revival Festival, an event which sees the circuit close its gates to the modern world to recreate a golden era of British motor sport. Throughout the event, no vehicle built after 1966 is allowed into the circuit.

As well as the Aston Martin, staff dressed in 50s attire to accredit entry into the competition. The car was actually a 1960 Aston Martin DB4 4.2 litre lightweight, estimated to be worth circa £250,000. It has a steep history in racing having been specially prepared to compete and, in fact, between 1982 and 1985 was driven by British motor driver Mike Salmon and claimed 13 wins at Silverstone, Brands Hatch, Oulton Park and other major British circuits.

Alec Watt, Managing Director of Fully Furnished comments: "The Aston Martin was chosen due to its iconic status and representation of the Goodwood event. Theresa was thrilled that she had won and I am sure that she will have a memorable day with us in September. ARLA was a great conference for us to attend. As main sponsors we take great pride in being associated with such a professional organisation and its members."
