Despite recent treacherous weather conditions across the UK, Fully Furnished have continued with their service to help those in trouble with attendance from all installation teams since the big freeze began.
Alec Watt, Managing Director of Fully Furnished, the UK's leading furniture solutions provider to the property industry comments: "Some jobs have ended up getting cancelled. However, even in such dangerous circumstances our teams have been operating throughout the country as usual. Our services are relied upon in any instance and in the last few days we have been delivering and installing furniture and collecting furniture so people can move home as planned. One area that is of paramount importance is our emergency relocations service, as anyone having to make a forced relocation is in a challenging situation anyway and these people need us to be consistent with our deliveries.
We do have a company procedure in place when events like this happen and we have put our staff on amber alert in readiness for the snow and ice that is set to follow."
With freezing conditions confirmed by experts to continue for the next week or so Alec warns of potential flooding. He says: "Homeowners in badly affected areas need to be aware that due to the snow and current temperatures there is the possibility of burst pipes."
